SimplyKeto have developed a  low-carb porridge variant for you that does not contain grains  and instead consists of hemp seeds, almonds and chia seeds, which are not only  low in carbohydrates  , but are also  full of healthy fats

Preparation:

Mix 65g porridge with 140g water or unsweetened almond milk and simmer for 3-5 minutes. The longer it simmers, the more it thickens.
